Top 5 Hot Wheels Cars Added To Collections In January 2025

Now that we are heading into February, lets take a minute to look back at January and see what people are adding to their Hot Wheels collections.

These are the Top 5 most popular cars that collectors are adding to their collections on HW Price Guide. Some of these may surprise you.

In the number one position is the 2025 Mainline Ford Mustang GTD. The 2025 mainline is the first casting for this car which is driving a lot of the demand. If you spot the Polymimetic Gray version on the pegs you may want to grab it, as everyone else is.

The 2025 Treasure Hunts Fish'd & Chip'd is the second treasure hunt of the year from the B case. Even though this is not a first casting, the decal of this Treasure Hunt is catching collectors eye, and they are being added the collections in droves.

It comes as no suprise that the 2024 Race Day 'Roxy' Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) Chase from the Car Culture line is still in hot demand and being added to collections. The Pink version of 'Roxy' is selling for a huge amount on the secondary market and collectors are seeing this as a long term hold in their collections.

Barbie has been hot since the latest movie came out and than includes the Hot Wheels car versions. There have been many Barbie Hot Wheels cars released over the years but the current popular one is the 2024 Pop Culture Barbie 65th - Corvette C8.R. We are seeing lots and lots of these being added to collections.

The 2024 Hot Wheels Anniversary Series Custom '70 Honda N600 was not on my bingo card for being one of the most added cars to collections in January 2025, and yet here we are, it made the list. Something about this car is making collectors snatch it up off the shelves.
