Just for discussion....why is there such a wide difference from area to area when each case comes out. In my area (NEPA) we got to N case and haven't seen anything in a month +. I see post of cars from the 2027 cases being posted. And on the flip side post showing case much older hitting. Just curious. what's your thought? Vic Ferrari.

absolutely f40 is more desirable
F40 is valued higher.

I was using the browse tool looking through 2002 mainlines for the '63 Corvette. it wasn't where it should have been, so i thought maybe the year I had was wrong. so I checked other years and couldn't find it. finally I decided to browse through the entire 2002 mainline. found the '63 Corvette listed under Split Window '63. I guess I'm just curious why would this be labeled in a way other than whats on the car? I understand it's a '63 Corvette Split Window Coupe, but everything in this database should be listed under whats on the card, not what someone thinks it should be called. there have been a few others that I have found that were similar, but this was the first time it took me a long time to find it. also, for this car, and many others, there are different wheel options. would there be a way to be able to select which option I have in my collection. maybe a drop down that, for this case, would have an option for 5 spoke or 3 spoke wheel?

For a possible update, Is there a way to add a text box for Numbered Cars. I would like to enter the number of the car i have to create a Registry database for that particular car. Example if a RLC or Convention car production was 4000 and i have number #2860 I would like to share that on a database, That could be a lot of work but it would be pretty cool to have.

I would like to see an expansion on badges/Trophies added for completion of things. Love to have a Trophy room on our profile page. I know there is some badges now , but i think it could be better. It would be great if points could be added to each badge earned then do a leaderboard for them.

Hey, Paul. I was wondering, How do you calculate car values? Is it with eBay or something? Or do you use multiple sources.

There are multiple sources. All the sales data is aggregated and any outliers are removed. The average current price is then calculated along with high and low sale prices for the last 30 days. The data is added daily and prices are recalculated every day. in addition to the current trending price graph over time, Pro users also get to see the scatter graphs showing all of the individual sales for more detailed visualization of pricing trends.
