All six 2027 Hot Wheels Brick Shop Racer Series 1 cars in their packaging

Mattel Brick Shop is bringing buildable cars to the scale Hot Wheels collectors know best. Racer Series 1 is expected to start rolling out in January 2027 with six 1:64 builds, from the '91 Acura NSX to the Hot Wheels Bone Shaker. Mattel plans 20 models for Series 1.

What you get in a $4.99 kit

Each kit has 27 to 29 pieces, including a metal base plate, metal axles, rolling wheels and rubber-like tires. Mattel's single-kit listing is a blind purchase. Each order for one kit gets one randomly selected model from the first six. The $4.99 figure is the suggested U.S. retail price.

The first six Racer Series 1 cars

'24 Camaro ZL1

29 pieces. The black Camaro has dark wheels and a wide front grille.

'18 Audi TT RS

29 pieces. Bright green bodywork and silver wheels make the Audi easy to spot.

Maserati MCPura

27 pieces. The turquoise Maserati has dark wheels and a low nose.

'91 Acura NSX

29 pieces. The red NSX pairs a dark roof with silver wheels.

'99 Honda S2000

29 pieces. The white roadster has gold wheels and a dark cockpit.

Bone Shaker

28 pieces. The black Hot Wheels original keeps its signature skull grille and exposed engine.

The $19.99 Performance Pack

Mattel lists the 114-piece Performance Pack at $19.99. It contains the Camaro ZL1, Audi TT RS, Maserati MCPura and Acura NSX. The Honda S2000 and Bone Shaker are part of the first wave of singles.
