Top 5 Most Wanted 2026 Hot Wheels Mainlines

Top 5 Most Wanted 2026 Mainlines teaser with five mystery cards and question marks in HW Price Guide blue, white and red

Which 2026 Hot Wheels Mainlines are collectors still hoping to add to their collections? One casting has claimed two spots in our top five, including the number one position.

I’m Paul, creator of HW Price Guide. For this countdown, I checked the wishlist totals across all 411 active releases in our 2026 Mainline group on October 15, 2026. Here are the five individual releases with the highest counts.

How this list works: Each color version is counted separately. This is a dated snapshot of HW Price Guide wishlist entries; counts and positions can change as collectors update their lists. Wishlist totals show what our members want to add and do not establish production rarity or resale value.

5. Porsche 908-3 (Gulf Racing Blue)

The Porsche 908-3 in Gulf Racing Blue opens our countdown with 42 wishlists, just one ahead of The Simpsons Family Car in the original check.

The pale blue body, orange accents and number 2 graphics give this open-cockpit racer a distinctive look. It is the only Porsche to make this top five.

4. Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR34) (Blue)

The Metalflake Bayside Blue Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR34) takes fourth with 50 wishlists.

Its blue finish and gold-colored wheels make this version easy to distinguish from the black release further up the list. Each color has its own catalog record and wishlist total, so the two Skylines earn their positions separately.

3. Ferrari 12Cilindri — Rosso Imola

The Ferrari 12Cilindri in Rosso Imola claims third place with 51 wishlists, beating the blue Skyline by a single wishlist.

The red body contrasts with the dark roof and windows, giving this Ferrari a clean, modern look. It is the first of two Ferraris in the countdown, but another casting has attracted even more wishlist entries.

2. Ferrari F40 Competizione — Grigio Nardo

Second place goes to the Ferrari F40 Competizione in Grigio Nardo with 59 wishlists.

The gray finish gives the F40 a very different character from a traditional red Ferrari. Its low profile and prominent rear wing help it stand out, and it finishes eight wishlists ahead of the 12Cilindri. Even so, one individual release takes the lead.

1. Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR34) (Black)

With 67 wishlists, the black Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR34) takes the number one spot in our 2026 Mainline group snapshot.

The black body and dark wheels give this version a more understated appearance than the blue Skyline at number four. Collectors have put both colors into the top five, with the black release eight wishlists ahead of the second-place Ferrari F40 Competizione.

Which 2026 Mainline Are You Still Hunting?

Two Skylines, two Ferraris and one Porsche make up this countdown. The closest contest is between third and fourth, separated by just one wishlist, while the black Skyline leads the field with 67.
