The 2026 Hot Wheels Red Line Club lineup has already delivered some major collector releases, but a handful have separated themselves from the rest when it comes to current market value.
And with the recently released Ferrari F40 already climbing quickly, one big question is starting to emerge: could it eventually become the most valuable RLC release of the year?
Based on current HW Price Guide values, here are the five most valuable 2026 Hot Wheels Red Line Club releases so far.
5. 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Code Red – $56
Coming in at number five is the 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Code Red.
The modern Shelby casting has plenty of presence, with aggressive styling that works especially well as an RLC release.
Its current HW Price Guide value sits at approximately $56.
That puts it well behind some of the limited chase releases further up the list, but it still earns a spot among the most valuable RLC releases of 2026 so far.
4. ’21 Ford Bronco Chrome Chase – $100
At number four is the ’21 Ford Bronco, but this is not the regular release.
This is the limited-release chrome chase version, making it considerably harder to find than the standard version.
That extra scarcity has helped push the Bronco chrome chase to a current HW Price Guide value of approximately $100.
It is also the first of three limited chrome chase releases to appear in the top five.
3. Ferrari F40 – $164
At number three is one of the biggest Hot Wheels releases of the year: the Ferrari F40.
The return of Ferrari to Hot Wheels has been one of the biggest stories in the hobby, and the RLC Ferrari F40 was immediately one of the most anticipated releases of 2026.
Despite only recently being released, the Ferrari F40 already has a current HW Price Guide value of approximately $164.
What makes that even more impressive is that the Ferrari is not a chrome chase release.
It is already worth more than the limited Bronco chrome chase and currently sits just behind the two most valuable RLC releases of the year.
The big question now is whether $164 is only the beginning.
2. 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Chrome Chase – $200
At number two is the 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline chrome chase.
Like the Bronco, this is a limited-release chrome chase version produced in much smaller numbers than the standard release.
Scarcity is a major part of the appeal with these chase pieces, and collectors have clearly placed a premium on the Fleetline.
Its current HW Price Guide value is approximately $200.
That makes it one of only two 2026 RLC releases currently valued at $200 or more.
1. 1988 Porsche 911 Targa Turbo Chrome Chase – $331
The most valuable Hot Wheels Red Line Club release of 2026 so far is the limited-release chrome chase version of the 1988 Porsche 911 Targa Turbo.
Porsche has remained one of the strongest brands in the Hot Wheels collector market, and combining that demand with the scarcity of a chrome chase has helped send this release to the top of the list.
Its current HW Price Guide value sits at approximately $331.
That means the Porsche is currently worth more than double the recently released Ferrari F40.
Could the Ferrari F40 Eventually Take the Top Spot?
One of the most interesting things about the current top five is that three of the cars — the Bronco, Fleetline and Porsche — are all limited chrome chase releases.
The Ferrari F40 is not.
Yet the Ferrari has already climbed to number three with a value of approximately $164 shortly after release.
That makes the F40 one of the most interesting RLC cars to watch over the coming months.
Could it eventually pass the $200 Fleetline chrome chase?
And could enough collector demand eventually push it past the $331 Porsche and into the number one position?
That remains to be seen, but the Ferrari F40 has certainly started strong.
